5. Grow patient and self-accepting, and live each day with clarity and without regret
6. Remember that life is short... to "pay it forward"... and that I choose how I think, feel and act
7. To have faith rather than live out of fear . . . as there is a higher power much larger than I
8. To show gratitude and humility knowing that life is short and that I do make a difference

4. Provide inspiring and provocative international, national and local presentations which excede expectations through audience participation, media, metaphors and props
5. Broker resources, build networks, and promote career development concepts and practices which expand individual and organizational choices
6. Consult, present and travel worldwide to learn, share, and empower others
